We came here during lunch and it was worth every minute!!! The food is great this day happen to be very cold and windy and the lady gave me a cup of hot green tea! I'm definitely returning to try other dishes from the menu. We went and ordered during the lunch special. The staff is very friendly! The best part is that I'm 7 minutes away by foot!

Flavors were robust and pleasant. Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup) tasted like comfort food...so good. My husband had the beef boat noodle and he said it takes him back to his trip to Thailand. Loved the papaya salad and summer roll.

Ok... first visit after hearing my neighbors say that the food was pretty good. I don't give five stars to often and this is more about a take out experience than a dine in experience. We ordered:
Khao Soi
Beef Noodle Boat Bowl
Chicken and Shrimp Dumplings
Chicken Satay
Every item we ordered was delicious. The beef in the noodle bowl was tender and flavorful as were the meat balls. The Khao Soi was full of flavor and surprisingly included two whole pieces of chicken on the bone (leg and thigh).
The chicken satay were nicely prepared but the shrimp and chicken dumplings were the star of the show.
Even with take out service, we were greeted warmly and we wish the Hungry Bowl a long and successful stay on HUMBOLDT Street in East Willyb. We need more food quality restaurants like this.

Extremely sweet lady. I came here with a friend and the service was fast. The pad Thai and waffle ice cream was super cute and yummy.
